Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
To add before the first paid sale: operator name, address, trade licence number (IČO) and a contact email.
1. Who we are
TCG Stock Radar ("we") is an independent information service operated by [operator name, address, IČO]. Contact: [email].
2. What the service is
We monitor publicly available pages of European online shops and report when trading card game products are listed, open for preorder or back in stock, together with prices, shipping information and a price comparison. We do not sell any products and are not affiliated with any publisher or shop.
3. No guarantee
Shop pages change constantly. We do our best to report accurately and quickly, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is found, that information is complete or correct, or that a product is still available when you visit the shop. Prices, availability and shipping are set by the shops, and your purchase contract is always with the shop, not with us. Check a shop's terms and reviews before ordering.
4. Membership
Paid memberships are sold and billed by Whop, Inc., which acts as the payment processor and seller of record where applicable. A membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay; any change applies only from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
5. Fair use
Membership is for your personal use. Please don't share your account, resell our alerts or data, or copy the dashboard automatically. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from missed, late or inaccurate alerts, or from purchases you make at a shop. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
